Please read the Service description and what it includes as stated on the Website to ensure that You request the right service for Your needs and to familiarise Yourself with the specific cleaning items included in Your chosen service. Please take note that the Real estate cleaning Company reserves the right to change the nature of Services listed on the Website at any time in its sole discretion without giving any notice to You.

BOND back guarantee

  • Our bond back Guarantee’ is valid for 72 hours from the time we complete bond cleaning If your real estate agent or landlord complain about any area that you paid for we will return to fix the issue for no extra charge to do this you must forward to us the complaint email that you received from your agent or landlord  if your agent reported inspection result over phone to you  You must request your agent to email you We will organise our representatives or cleaners  to return to rectify any issues without extra charge. Please note that normally this process occurs within 24-48 hours of formal notifications
  • A re-clean will only address the problems listed in the property manager / agents reports
  • our bond guarantee will not honour any guarantee if the property does not remain vacant after our cleaners have cleaned premises
  • You must arrange access for cleaners for recleaning  as we don't collect keys
  • All Clients acknowledge that our bond return guarantee is only in effect if you contact us within 7 days of the performed service. If we are contacted after that time, the bond return guarantee does not apply
  •  No guarantee for any stains or marks on any surface or carpet that won’t come off by proper product or chemical
  • Our bond guarantee does not include Ceilings, Garage, walls,  Grout, Mould and  deep stains
  •  No guarantee for dust settlement that occurs normally between service compilation time and inspection. accumulation of dust over time is considered normal and activities such as ‘open homes’ are likely to speed up this process.
  • our bond guarantee does not cover Issue arising from negligence of a Client or third party due to failure to meet their obligations in terms of this Agreement;
  • pre-existing damages or conditions of your place does not cover by bond back guarantee
  • Issue arising from flooding and/or water damage including mould, fungi or bacteria does not covered by bond back guarantee
  • Issue related to repairs outside of the area where the Services were performed does not covered by bond back guarantee
  • Our bond back guarantee does not cover furnished property
  • Please note that if we do not receive any complaint for end of lease cleaning  regarding to the Service delivered within one week after the Service is delivered, the Service will be deemed to have been delivered to the satisfaction of the Client.
  • You must not allow your real estate to send their cleaners to fix the issue after we complete your cleaning  but instead you must tell your real estate agent that you will contact us to return back to fix the issue if you allow your real estate agent to send their cleaners we don’t refund or give you discount of the payment that you made

Bond cleaning  quotations

For quotes provided without inspections, the quote is only an ‘estimate’ based on the information available at the time. The basis of this estimate is an ‘average room sizes in a property left in a reasonable state of cleanliness’. The quotation is subject to change for the following reasons: state of property not as expected; customers original requirement are altered; variations to the condition or size.  Variation rates

For any variation works, additional charges apply. Variation works are charged at A$40.00 per hour, per our representative or cleaner. Cause of variation works include:
a) Property that has not been regularly cleaned or neglected in a way that requires extends the duration of normal maintenance activities;
b) Property that have had pets, small children;
c) Property with excessive wear and tear;
d) Large sized dwellings multiple living areas or for any extra rooms
e) Additional travel charges for collection and returning of keys;
f) Time wasted due to difficulties accessing the property;
g) Requirement to carry heavy equipment to higher apartments / floors;
h) Requirement to move any furniture in order to complete works;
i) Customer should provide parking or pay for parking charge if required.

Accidents, breakage, damage

We  will inform the customer of any incident where any accident, breakage, damage to property. we will not be held responsible for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage. For any personal properties that are left behind within ‘waste’, Real estate cleaning company will not be held accountable for their accidental loss when disposed with waste products.


  • The Customer is to provide access to the property when the service is due to be performed. If he/she is not available at the appointed time provided for the bond clean then they are responsible to provide our cleaners access to the keys. Failure to do so will result 50% of total payment cancellation fee or $70 postponement fee. Alternative key pickup locations may be subject to additional charges of $4 per km one way
  • Our Cleaning Contractors should have unencumbered and unobstructed access to all areas of the premise that requires the service.
  • Customers are required to provide our cleaners access to electricity and running water. This is mandatory requirement for a bond clean. Failure to do so will result in 50% of total payment non refundable fee.
  • If our cleaners are required to clean behind or under a heavy item such as a fridge, stove, washing machine, bookshelf or any other item deemed heavy (weighted above 5kgs), the customer will be required to move these items prior to the commencement of the service at the Customers own risk and cost.
  • Before our cleaners start the cleaning, the customer is required to remove all  personal belongings such as furniture and appliances prior to the commencement of any service we endeavour to be both careful and safe however we take no responsibility for any damage that may be caused at the time of the Service
  • If you don't have parking or no free street parking you agree to pay extra for parking


You acknowledge and agree that the price quoted for your Booking is an estimate only and the actual price charged may vary depending on the conditions of your place and type of work/services needed.

After the cleaner has arrived at your home/premises, cleaner will further assess the problem or work to be performed.  If the cleaner determines that the work required is greater than what was initially estimated the cleaner will advise you and generate a new estimate reflecting the increase in scope of the Services.  If you approve the revised estimate, the cleaner/s will complete the work.  If you do not approve, the cleaner will take reasonable efforts to complete some or all of the work specified on the original Estimate, the pricing for which you had previously agreed to, or, if the cleaner is unable to do so, the Booking shall be deemed cancelled.

Payment Policy

 1 All one time cleaning payments 

You agree that at the time of booking your payment details will be transferred to our payment gateway upon the completion of your cleaning we will take

You take full responsibility for the payment of any transaction fees that may be incurred in the processing of Your fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all quotations offered through the website are including GST.

Or if You didn't submit your payment details you agree that you will make a payment on cleaners arrival or


2   Regular booking payments 

You agree that at the time of booking your payment details will be transferred to our payment gateway upon the completion of your cleaning we will take

After first round booking from (second round of booking) You agree to pay soon after completion of each booking

Any breach of this provision by you will give us the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without any obligations.

You take full responsibility for the payment of any transaction fees that may be incurred in the processing of Your fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all quotations offered through the website are including GST.

Client accepts and agrees that the quote for same services may vary depending on factors such as location, recurrence of service and the condition of the place.

Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel an appointment without incurring the cancellation fee the Client must notify the real estate cleaning Company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking by emailing us at: info@realestatecleaningcompany.com.au with the term “Cancellation” in the subject line.

for Any Cancellations made 48 hours  prior to the  scheduled booking will no be cancellation fee your payment  will be refunded fully.

All cancellations made less than  48 hours prior to the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full-Service fee

In the event that we are unable to provide the  Service to You for a reason that cannot be attributed as your fault, we will refund the full payment.

We may at any time and without prior notice to You modify the mechanism of processing refunds
