Yes we do come back but only if we missed it or didn’t do properly otherwise we dont come back for stains or marks that won’t come off.

Do you come to my place to give me a quote ?

Normally we don’t come to give a quote but if the job is big we do come e.g 4 or 5 bed rooms

We give price over phone, email,on website and sometimes site visit

No, sorry. Those items fall into the housekeeping category. Our sole work is professional home cleaning.

Yes, you will be allocated the same cleaner each week or fortnight. If your cleaner is sick or on holidays, we would endeavour to allocate you a replacement cleaner.

How do I pay for the service?

By cash, or internet bank transfer at the end of each service. For a regular and for bond cleaning on cleaners arrival

What if something is damaged while cleaning my home?

Our business and cleaners are  covered by Public Liability Insurance

Are you cleaning teams pet friendly and do you use non-toxic organic cleaning products?

Definitely! Our cleaning teams have training on how to treat dogs, cats and other pets. We know how to love, respect and care for them. We’re a pet friendly cleaning service.

Do you provide services on a public holiday?

Yes, we do provide but if you want not have service on public holiday we can reschedule your booking

There is no extra charge for after hours or weekend work

We work 7 days a week including after hours

What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 48 hours in advance. Please understand that we book our appointments very early, so scheduling an appointment on short notice is often not an option.

Your carpet should only be slightly wet. It will be dry and safe to return your furniture within 2-4 hrs.
